IDIQ MATOC Pipeline Dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office is seeking contractors for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for pipeline dredging in multiple locations within the Galveston District. The contract performance period for each MATOC IDC is for a total of five years with a base period of 5 years and no option periods with a total capacity value of $95 Million across all MATOC IDCs combined. • The MATOCs will address shoaling within deep draft channels and shallow draft channels along the Texas coast. • The solicitation is advertised as “Unrestricted” full and open competition for both large and small businesses. • The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. • The Small Business Size Standard is $37.5 Million (Dredging). • Subcontracting goals for the Galveston District are: 39% - Small Business; 6.0% - Small Disadvantaged Business; 11% - Woman-Owned Small Business; 3.0% - HubZone Small Business; 3.0% - Veteran-Owned Small Business and 1% - Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
