Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is soliciting comments from the construction community on the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for a large-scale Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with Repair and Minor Construction project at the Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms (NHTP) and outlying medical clinics in Twenty-Nine Palms, California. The project involves performing O&M services, including recurring scheduled Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and minor construction. The contractor will be required to provide supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to operate and maintain facility systems and utilities infrastructure.
• Services include general and specialized Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Electrical lighting systems
• Production and generation of high and low voltage electrical systems
• Fire detection, annunciation, notification, and suppression systems
• Security cameras, sensory detection, and infant abduction systems
• Plumbing supply, drain, waste, and vents
• Medical gas supply and waste systems
• Facility interior and exterior finishes
• Wayfinding signage
• Support nutritional medicine equipment
• Regulatory Compliance items
