Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $20,000,000

The bid deposit of roughly $750,000 represents 5 % of the total bid, implying an estimated contract value of about $15 million. Comparable NYS DOT ramp reconstruction projects in the region typically range from $10 million to $20 million depending on length, materials, and site constraints. Therefore a reasonable earnings estimate for the winning contractor would be in the low‑ten‑million to low‑twenty‑million dollar range, with final payment contingent on change orders, retainage, and performance incentives.
