Budget estimate

$50,000,000 – $200,000,000

The solicitation lists 20+ individual projects with bid deposits ranging from $75 k to $750 k (5 % of the estimated bid). This suggests total bid amounts per project from roughly $1.5 M up to $15 M. Aggregating the full portfolio of projects across the state could easily exceed $100 M, with a plausible range of $50 M (conservative estimate if many projects are smaller) to $200 M (if larger bridge replacements and extensive roadway work are awarded). The final budget will depend on the number of contracts won, the exact scope of each, and any change orders, but a $50‑$200 M contract value is a reasonable ballpark.
