Theater Deployable Communications Agile Communications Package - Enhanced (TDC ACP-E)

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking information for the Theater Deployable Communications Agile Communications Package - Enhanced (TDC ACP-E). The TDC program provides an extension of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and offers flexible, lightweight, modular, scalable, and integrated deployable communications to support command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and combat support missions. The program management office has a strong desire to build upon and continually enhance the existing ACP-E through a rapid prototyping effort with commercially available products. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing access to Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) core services • Packaging equipment in kits and modules for installation, transportation, and operation • Supporting user access to DISN services via the TDC network and end instruments like workstations and VoIP phones • Leveraging a "try, decide, buy" approach for rapid prototyping and potential future acquisition • Exploring options for procuring an enhanced version of the ACP-E at scale
