Description
The U.S. Air Force 233rd Space Group at Greeley Air National Guard Station requires a small‑business contractor to repair two 2019 Kenworth T800 semi‑tractors and return them to DOT‑certified, factory‑spec condition. The work includes complete disassembly, replacement of major exterior components (bumper, grille, hood, cooling system, A/C, cab panels) on Vehicle 1 and frame and rear‑crossmember repairs on Vehicle 2, with all parts new or re‑manufactured to OEM standards. The contractor must submit a capability statement and UEI now; pricing and schedule will be provided in a later formal solicitation.
• Repair of two heavy‑duty Kenworth T800 trucks (VIN 3WKDD49XXKF354255 & 3WKDD49X5KF354244)
• Scope covers bumper, grille, hood, radiator, fan, A/C condenser, cab panel, frame rail, rear cross‑member, lighting harnesses, etc.
• All parts must be new or re‑manufactured, meeting or exceeding OEM specs
• Small‑business set‑aside (NAICS 811111, $9 M size standard)
• Work to begin on or before 30 Sep 2026; performance period to be defined in contractor’s proposal
• No formal quote required at this stage – submit capability statement and UEI only
• Contract award will go to the most advantageous offer after the formal solicitation opens.
