Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base (ANGB) A31 ADAL Server Room 6900 project. The project involves design phases, including schematic design, preliminary design, and final design. The contractor will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal and provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The project requires the contractor to provide design services for the A31 ADAL Server Room 6900.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology for the project.
• The contractor must provide an organization chart outlining authority and communication lines for each professional firm, including Key Personnel, sub-consultants, client agency, and DTMB.
• The contractor must provide detailed, chronological resumes of all proposed Key Personnel.
• The contractor must provide an estimated allowance of reimbursable costs for travel expenses to the project site.
