Well 6 Improvements

New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction services for the Well 6 Improvements project. The project includes demolition, site preparation, construction of a CMU building, installation of instrumentation controls, security controls, and chemical feeds, among other items. The selected firm will be responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections, providing performance and payment bonds, and furnishing all manufacturers' warranties and operations and maintenance manuals. • Demolition of existing Well 6 facilities • Preparation of site including tree removal and construction staking • Construction of CMU building with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and chemical equipment • Installation of instrumentation controls, security controls, and chemical feeds • Storm water pollution prevention • Installation of emergency generator and automatic transfer switch • Two chemical bulk storage canopies • Flowmeter, valves, and approximately 135 linear feet of 14-inch ductile iron pipe • Installation of fencing and gates • Site grading, driveway, and restoration
