Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSW(A&S)), Defense, Pricing, and Contracting Acquisition Policy (DPCAP) Procurement Data Strategy and Verification/Validation Recompete Requirement

The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate is seeking capability statements from firms to provide strategic, operational, and technical support for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSW(A&S)), Defense, Pricing, and Contracting Acquisition Policy (DPCAP). The support services include defining required capabilities, data standards, and business processes, conducting research, developing business cases, and maintaining scorecards. The contract will be performed in the National Capital Region, with some work done on-site and some off-site. The key tasks include: • DPCAP’s role and functional and data requirements for systems and initiatives • Government Furnished Property (GFP) / Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) process improvement • Intergovernmental Transactions (IGTs) process improvement • Procure-to-Pay Process Improvement • Intelligence Automation Requirements & Prototypes Firms must submit their capability statements electronically, with a maximum of 10 pages, and include information on their technical capabilities, staffing ability, and experience.
