Proposed Upgrades & Improvements to Sewer Treatment Facility

The St. Mary Parish Water & Sewer Commission is seeking sealed bids to furnish and install a complete biological wastewater treatment process system at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse. The scope includes diffused aeration piping, an aeration blower with control system, baffles, a modular insulated pond cover, a polishing reactor, and all associated mechanical and electrical work required to bring the system to operational status. This contract will cover design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of the treatment facility. • Supply and install diffused aeration piping and accessories • Provide and integrate an aeration blower with full control system • Install baffles, modular insulated pond cover, and polishing reactor • Perform all associated civil, mechanical, and electrical work • Conduct testing, commissioning, and training for operation staff
