CMAR Request - Milton Seaman Reservoir Outlet Gates Rehabilitation

The City of Greeley is seeking a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) for the Milton Seaman Reservoir Outlet Gates Rehabilitation project. The project involves the construction of a new tunnel bulkhead and gate structure to replace the existing outlet gates. The CMAR will collaborate with the Design Engineer to prepare a schedule for preconstruction progress and delivery schedules. The project has a desired completion date of March 15, 2027. Key responsibilities of the CMAR include participating in design review workshops, collaborating with the Owner and Design Engineer, preparing construction packages, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining site security and safety. • The CMAR must have experience with alternative delivery methods and have constructed at least two projects of similar size and scope in the last ten years. • The CMAR must have a project manager and field superintendent with at least 10 years of applicable experience. • The CMAR must have the bonding capacity to add a minimum of $5,000,000 bond value to existing bond commitments. • The CMAR must not be subject to any material adverse conditions that could affect their ability to perform the contract.
