Demolish and Dispose of Structures at 1515, 1541 N Effie Street, 1845 E Home Avenue, and 1538 N Blackstone Avenue

The City of Fresno is soliciting bids for the demolition and disposal of structures at 1515, 1541 N Effie Street, 1845 E Home Avenue, and 1538 N Blackstone Avenue. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of existing on-site buildings and associated improvements, as well as the cutting and capping of existing sewer and water utilities. The project requires a valid Class C-21 Contractor’s License issued by the State of California. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 13, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. at the job site located at 1845 E.
