Replacement Lifts

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the removal of seven existing vehicle lifts and the purchase and installation of seven new Rotary MODLIFT SERIES Modular In-Ground Axle-Engaging Lifts. The lifts will support heavy-duty transit and fleet maintenance operations and will be installed at the SORTA Queensgate Garage. The scope of work includes removal of existing lifts, installation of new lifts, training of SORTA staff members, and provision of operator manuals and maintenance instructions. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. • The contractor shall conduct a pre-installation site visit to confirm facility conditions and power availability. • The contractor shall remove existing lifts and install new lifts in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. • The contractor shall provide on-site operator and maintenance training for SORTA staff members. • The contractor shall provide a minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor.
