The State of California’s Secretary of State is seeking owners or authorized agents to lease approximately 8,092 net usable square feet of office space in San Diego, together with one exclusive and 50 non‑exclusive parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic, ADA, California Building Code and Title 24 requirements, be close to public transportation, and satisfy Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) criteria. Preference will be given to buildings with LEED or Energy Star certification where cost‑effective.
