The Alabama Tourism Department is seeking a qualified, Alabama‑based motorcoach provider to supply a dedicated 40‑seat coach for a five‑day familiarization (FAM) tour (December 1‑5, 2026) that will transport 25‑30 tour professionals across Birmingham, Selma, Lowndes County, and Montgomery. The vendor must furnish a full‑size coach with restroom, HVAC, PA system, and optional Wi‑Fi/entertainment, provide driver staffing (including relief drivers), meet all state licensing and insurance requirements, and ensure accessibility accommodations if needed. The contract is limited to a total value of $25,000 (per the Quick‑Quote ceiling) and requires an all‑inclusive price with no hidden fees, a 60‑day bid validity, and compliance with cancellation and force‑majeure provisions.
• Provide one 40‑passenger motorcoach with required amenities (restroom, HVAC, PA, storage, seat belts, outlets, optional Wi‑Fi).
• Deliver driver services (licensed, experienced, HOS‑compliant) and arrange backup driver lodging/meals as needed.
• Supply proof of insurance (auto liability $5 M, GL $1 M/$2 M, workers’ comp, etc.) and all necessary state licenses/USDOT authority.
• Include accessibility provisions (wheelchair‑lift availability) and a 24‑hour emergency contact/backup‑vehicle plan.
