Description
The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified Construction Management firm to serve as the prime CM on three school‑related construction projects slated for the 2026 summer season. The CM will oversee a $10.9 M renovation of School #4, a $6.75 M HVAC replacement and classroom subdivision at the high school, and an $0.8 M window replacement at the high school, managing the single prime general contractor on each project, coordinating design‑build activities, handling submittals, permits, and ensuring schedule adherence to meet a late‑summer 2026 substantial‑completion target.
• Manage the full construction‑management lifecycle for three distinct school projects totaling ≈ $18.5 M in construction spend.
• Provide pre‑bid coordination (pre‑bid conferences on 06 Feb 2025 and 02 Oct 2025), respond to contractor queries, issue addenda, and evaluate bids.
• Oversee contract administration, submittal reviews, on‑site inspections, and schedule control to achieve substantial completion by 31 Aug 2026 (School #4) and coordinate with school calendars to minimize disruption.
