The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to perform window re‑caulking and related waterproofing work on the courtyards of Building 170 at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (Fort Roots). The scope includes inspecting and repairing the TPO membrane‑curtainwall interface, installing termination bars, re‑attaching or replacing missing caps, removing and disposing of metal flashing, moving and storing approximately 70 pavers, and ensuring a continuous seal with VA‑approved sealants that carry a ten‑year manufacturer warranty. Work must be completed within a 30‑day period after the Notice to Proceed, adhere to quiet‑hour restrictions, and comply with VA safety, records‑management, and SDVOSB set‑aside requirements.
