Ice Bin Combo

The State of New Hampshire’s Department of Administrative Services is seeking a vendor to supply one new, unused Ice / Bin Combo (with life gate) for use in a cafeteria/kitchen environment. The item must meet or exceed the technical specifications outlined in the solicitation and be delivered FOB destination to the Concord Warehouse within 30 days of order receipt. The award will be based on the lowest firm‑price conforming bid. The vendor must provide a one‑year warranty covering parts, labor, shipping, and associated expenses, and be prepared to handle returns or replacements of defective items at no cost to the State. • Provide a new, unused Ice / Bin Combo that complies with the detailed specs (Section 23) and includes any required MSDS. • Deliver the equipment FOB destination to 3 McGuire St, Concord, NH 03301 within 30 days of the purchase order. • Offer a minimum one‑year warranty and assume responsibility for any defective or over‑shipped items, with return and replacement within 10 business days.
