The City of Philadelphia’s Free Library is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive snow and ice removal services for its Region 1 “Northeast Sweep” library sites during the winter season. The contract is a Small Order Purchase (SOP) with a one‑year base term (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027) and up to three optional one‑year renewals at the City’s discretion.
