Description
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Metro District is seeking bids for the purchase of treated lumber materials for repairs to the salt shed at the Hampton Truck Station. The contract is anticipated to be from August 5, 2026, to August 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional month. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is approximately $25,500 to $30,000. Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
• The scope of work includes providing treated 2x6 16' tongue and groove - grade #1 southern yellow pine (SYP) lumber and treated lumber 2x6-16' southern yellow pine A.G.
• Responders must meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work attached to the Sample Contract.
• The State desires open and fair competition, and responders are encouraged to offer a response for all locations or items.
