The City of Salina is seeking a single new diesel‑powered rotary rough mower that meets detailed technical specifications (2026 model year, 55 HP diesel engine, seven 27‑in. decks, 150‑in. cutting width, 22‑gal fuel tank, full safety and warranty requirements). The vendor must deliver the mower F.O.B. the municipal golf course, provide a minimum two‑year manufacturer warranty (or longer), supply digital parts and service manuals, and conduct on‑site training for the city’s superintendent. Bids are sealed, must be hand‑delivered or sent via certified/mail‑courier, and the lowest responsive and responsible bid will be awarded. No bid security is required, and the city is tax‑exempt, so bids must exclude sales tax. An optional trade‑in of a 2018 Toro 4000‑D mower may be offered for credit.
