Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) System for Reliability

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) system for reliability. The system should meet the minimum requirements identified in the description section, including a single cylindrical vessel, multiple control modes, touch-screen controller, and Ethernet interface. The system will be used for metrology development, including image acquisition, processing, and optimization. The required HAST test system significantly reduces the time required for humidity reliability testing, condensing weeks of conventional testing into hours or days. • The system should have a minimum interior volume of 21 Liters. • The system should have a weight not exceeding 200 kg. • The system should include a water supply tank. • The system should have two stainless steel shelves. • The system should have a status indicator light and an emergency stop switch.
