The district will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the services offered, including the type of service, target audience, and facility requirements. • The proposal should also include the vendor's business structure, history, and individual resumes as necessary. • The vendor should provide three references, including company name, contact name, phone number, and email address. • The vendor should also provide a certification of compliance with the district's terms and conditions, including the student data sharing agreement. • The proposal should include a detailed breakdown of the costs, including hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly rates, as well as any additional costs for supplies, travel, and other expenses.
