Repair of Failing Sewer Main on Ivy Brook Rd, Shelton, CT

The City of Shelton is seeking bids for the repair of a failing sewer main on Ivy Brook Road. The work includes temporary bypass, roadway excavation, replacement of the failing sewer line with new 8" SDR-35 PVC, backfilling, and furnishing and placing a 4" asphalt patch and tack coat. The bid must include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, plant, mobilization, permits, insurances, etc. required to properly complete the project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality to technicalities of proposals, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Shelton. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the City's e-Procurement Portal. • The bid must include a lump sum price for the completion of the specified work. • The bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Shelton as the additional insured. • The bidder must provide a Non-Collusion Affidavit. • The bidder must provide a list of past projects and references. • The bidder must confirm that they have reviewed the City's Sample Agreement.
