Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for the installation and retrofitting of electric locking hardware at the East Brunswick Daisy Camp Building. The contractor must supply and install/retrofit existing doors and frames with electronic locking hardware, and remove the Alarm Lock digital electronic keypad lockset from the front door. The quotation must include labor for installation and retrofit of existing doors and related materials.
Key points to consider:
• The contractor must have greater than 40 years of experience as a locksmith
• The contractor must have experience with low voltage lock systems and Genetec Proximity Card Reader Systems
• The contractor must provide a surety bond certificate and proof of business registration
• The contractor must have insurance coverage for workers' compensation, general liability, and professional liability
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to pay-to-play and business registration
