The City of McDonough, GA is establishing a pre‑qualified pool of 3‑5 general contractors to perform residential housing rehabilitation projects funded by ARPA and other sources. Contractors submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by September 2, 2026; the pool will be valid for two years and contractors may be invited to compete on individual project solicitations thereafter. No guaranteed work volume, but successful firms gain access to multiple future rehabilitation contracts.
