The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive winter snow‑removal services—including plowing, trail grooming, equipment staging, and related maintenance—for three designated Sno‑Parks in Yakima County (Ahtanum Meadows, Ahtanum Red Saddle, and Ahtanum White Ridge). The contract is structured as a five‑year base term with an option to extend to ten years, with work performed each winter season from December 1 through March 31. Bidders must submit all‑inclusive hourly rates for equipment, demonstrate relevant experience, and certify they will perform the work without subcontractors unless prior written approval is obtained.
• Provide snow‑plowing, grooming, drainage, and signage for three Sno‑Parks.
• Supply and operate a full suite of heavy‑equipment (e.g., CXT crawler tractors, graders, snow‑blowers) with required safety gear and backup plans.
• Submit detailed equipment documentation, all‑inclusive hourly rate sheets, three recent references, and a plan of operation; subcontracting prohibited without approval.
