Description
The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is seeking a master developer for the Olmsted Village project through a Massworks program. The project involves construction services, and interested parties can obtain electronic plans and documents by contacting Frederick Berry of Nitsch Engineering. The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39M, and c. 149, as may be amended.
• The project requires construction services for Olmsted Village Master Developer Massworks.
• Electronic plans and documents are available upon request.
• Responses to the IFB must be returned by April 3, 2026, to the Office of the Civil Engineer, Nitsch Engineering, Inc.
• The IFB is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39M, and c. 149, as may be amended.
