WTP Flocculation 4/5 Gallery Improvements

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a firm to provide construction services for the WTP Flocculation 4/5 Gallery Improvements project. The project includes replacement of drain piping and Flocculation equipment at the Ann Arbor Water Treatment Plant. The selected firm will be responsible for completing the work as specified in the contract documents. The City will evaluate proposals based on factors such as qualifications, experience, workplace safety, workforce development, social equity and sustainability, and schedule of pricing/cost. • The project requires the replacement of approximately 175 linear feet of 4-inch piping with 6-inch piping and associated supports. • The project also includes the replacement of select Flocculation equipment for Flocculation Basin 4. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or alternative proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause. • The City also reserves the right to waive, or not waive, informalities or irregularities in terms or conditions of any proposal if determined by the City to be in its best interest. • The selected firm will be required to provide a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. • The selected firm will also be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
