• Pre‑purchase of high‑voltage (5 kV) and low‑voltage (480 V) switchgear, control panels, motor control centers, and panelboards.
• All equipment to be owner‑furnished; contractor responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Only manufacturers listed in the bid documents are acceptable; no alternate or “or‑equal” vendors will be considered.
• Bids must be submitted electronically via the City’s IonWave eBid system with an authorized electronic signature.
• Mandatory submittal procedures, warranties, bonds, and operation‑and‑maintenance manuals are detailed in the specifications.
• Question cut‑off is 08/24/2026; bid opening and award will occur after the 09/14/2026 deadline.
