Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking quotes for the supply of two Wachs Standard LX Valve Maintenance Skid VMS, Gas or equal. The skids should have specific salient characteristics, including a Rehlko (formerly Kohler) 27 HP (20.1 KW) overhead cam, air-cooled gasoline four-stroke engine, a Wachs 750 ft/lb Extended Reach Valve ERV-750 operator, and other features. The contractor must provide descriptive literature for the products being offered, and the Government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability and price. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The skids must meet or exceed the Item Purchase Description and meet the required delivery schedule.
• The contractor must provide a completed quote, including all required information and documentation.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors, but the initial quote should contain the offeror's best terms.
• The contract will be awarded without discussions, unless the Government determines that discussions are necessary.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to child labor, taxes, and termination for convenience.
