Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a contractor to produce 1000 total bound casebound books, consisting of 2 volumes, with 1136 text pages per volume. The books will have a casebound cover with binder's boards, endleaves, and flysheet, and will include foil stamping. The contractor will be responsible for printing, binding, and distributing the books to 266 different destinations. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest-priced bid that meets the specifications. Some key requirements include:
* Producing the books in accordance with the specified quality levels and standards
* Using digital printing or conventional offset printing, with a minimum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi
* Providing proofs and samples for approval prior to production
* Delivering the completed books on or before March 12, 2026
* Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental protection, and taxation.
