Description
The Department of Social Services, Family Support Division is seeking continuous ongoing maintenance and operation support services for their Missouri Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System (MEDES). The selected supplier will need to provide services without disruption, as MEDES is a critical system that provides citizens access to their benefits 24/7. The contract period is from November 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
• The supplier will be responsible for maintaining and operating the MEDES system.
• The system must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• The selected supplier must be able to provide services without disruption to the citizens.
• The contract has no renewal options.
