The US Army is seeking a contractor to design and construct modernized Pre-Mix and Nitro Cellulose (NC) Dehydration facilities at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP). The RFAAP currently produces 15,000 lbs of Nitroglycerin daily, and the new facilities will need to support this production.
