Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide the MUTCD PART 6 BOOK. The solicitation includes criteria such as turnaround time, printing location, pricing, and experience with similar projects. The contract will be governed by Michigan law and will include terms related to payment, warranties, and intellectual property. • The contract will include a payment term of 45 calendar days after receipt of an invoice or final acceptance of the deliverables.

• The contract will include a termination clause, which will allow the State to terminate the contract for cause or convenience.
• The vendor will be required to comply with the Michigan Prevailing Wage Act and to pay prevailing wages to construction mechanics.
• The contract will include a non-discrimination clause, which will require the vendor to not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, height, weight, marital status, partisan considerations, any mental or physical disability, or genetic information.
