Description
The Oak Park Schools are seeking bids for the interior renovations of Einstein and Pepper Elementary schools. The project includes new flooring, ceilings, lighting, painting, and demolition associated with the renovations. The bid documents will be available on February 24, 2026, and can be downloaded from the Building Connected website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
• The project requires a certified check or acceptable bid bond payable to Fitzgerald Public Schools, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
• The successful bidder must be able to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond for bids exceeding $50,000.
• The bid price shall include all costs associated with this project, and it is a prevailing wage project.
• The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in regard thereto.
