Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), intends to award a non-competitive contract to L3 Technologies Inc. for the follow-on production of a successful prototype that was previously awarded through an Other Transaction Authority (OTA). The contract will support the production of this prototype. • The contract is expected to be awarded on a non-competitive basis. • The production is for a follow-on to a successful prototype. • The prototype was previously awarded through an Other Transaction Authority (OTA). • The contract will be awarded to L3 Technologies Inc.
