The Morgan County Justice Center is seeking a qualified general contractor to execute a turn‑key interior renovation of the former District Attorney’s office. The scope covers selective demolition, new interior construction, casework, flooring, ceiling, HVAC, electrical, fire‑life‑safety, window treatments, and full close‑out documentation, all performed in compliance with ADA and applicable codes. The project is tax‑exempt, requires a 5 % bid bond, $1 M liability insurance, and offers a 5 % local‑business preference. Bids are submitted electronically with a waiver of sealed‑bid rights.
