Description
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to construct approximately 500 linear feet of sidewalk along the west side of Glen Errol Road. The work includes sidewalk construction, grading, traffic control, and all other associated improvements necessary to deliver a complete and functional sidewalk facility. The project is funded through the City of Sandy Springs Capital Sidewalk Program.
• The contractor shall perform a minimum of 51% of the total contract work with its own forces.
• The contractor shall field verify all existing site conditions prior to the commencement of work and shall prepare and submit a site layout for review and approval by the City.
• The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the City of Sandy Springs Project T6026-5, Glen Errol Road Sidewalk Project, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the construction plans titled “Glen Errol Road Sidewalk.”
