Ft. Bliss Washer and Dryer Repair Serives

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for government-owned, coin-free washers and dryers at Fort Bliss, Texas, and its outlying training areas. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and providing materials, parts, labor, and transportation as necessary. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, and the contractor must provide a quality control plan, comply with all applicable regulations, and maintain a log of all work performed. Key services include: • Preventive maintenance and repair of washers and dryers • Replacement of parts and materials as needed • Provision of a quality control plan • Compliance with all applicable regulations and laws • Maintenance of a log of all work performed The contractor must also provide a project manager and supervisor who will be responsible for the performance of the work and will be available to act for the contractor on all contract matters.
