Description
The City of Salina is soliciting bids for the design‑build construction of new concrete sidewalks, curb‑and‑gutter, reinforced concrete pavement, aggregate base, sidewalk ramps, and related demolition/landscape work across its municipal park system. The scope is divided into a Base Project (items BF‑1 to BF‑5) and four optional alternates that address specific park‑sidewalk repairs and median installations. Work must conform to Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) specifications, include a traffic‑control plan, and be completed by January 3 2027 (substantial) and April 1 2027 (final).
