Description
The Texas Public Finance Authority (TPFA) is seeking a management consultant to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of key agency functions dependent on specialized data input, retention, and retrieval. The consultant will assist in reviewing management policies, operational procedures, and resources, and identify feasible operational improvements. The scope of work includes planning and implementing enhancements to key operational functions. The contract term is expected to commence on the date of execution and continue through August 31, 2026, with the option for renewal. The TPFA requires the consultant to have relevant experience and qualifications in management consulting, particularly in evaluating and improving operational functions.
• The consultant will assist in reviewing management policies and operational procedures.
