Service and Maintenance for CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for the CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer, a critical instrument used in the National Eye Institute. The contractor will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and service, including onsite engineer calibrations and onsite engineer services. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price type without option periods. The period of performance is expected to be from March 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. • The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)-Authorized Service Provider for the CytoFLEX LX Flow Cytometer. • The contractor must provide all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to maintain the equipment. • The contractor must supply all replacement parts to maintain the equipment at OEM specifications. • The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, repair parts, spare parts, accessories, maintenance supplies, and other related services required to keep the equipment in good operating condition.
