Pointe Mouillee Confined Disposal Facility Cells 1 and 2 Fill Management

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide fill management services for Cells 1 and 2 at the Pointe Mouillee Confined Disposal Facility. The work likely includes receiving, handling, placing, compacting, and monitoring fill material in accordance with environmental and engineering specifications, as well as reporting and compliance activities. • Manage all aspects of fill delivery and placement for two disposal cells. • Ensure compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers environmental and safety standards. • Provide documentation, monitoring, and reporting throughout the fill process. • Coordinate with Corps personnel and any subcontractors or material suppliers. • Deliver the project within the schedule and budget set by the Corps.
