Description
The State of Illinois is seeking bids for the I-25-2027 Tri-State Tollway (I-294) Landscape Planting Improvements project. The project involves landscaping, berm, grading, fencing, erosion and sediment control measures, and maintenance of traffic. The location of the work is between Mile Post 23.1 and Mile Post 29.5 in Cook County and DuPage County, Illinois.
• The bid opening date is January 9, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.
• The bidder must be registered as a small business in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) to be eligible for the bid preference.
• The bidder must submit an affidavit and supporting documents to demonstrate that they are an Illinois business and eligible for the bid preference.
