Description
The Williamson County is seeking qualified suppliers for the purchase and delivery of Asphalt Cement. The asphalt cement should meet the standards specified in Item 300, Texas Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges 2024. The solicitation documents can be viewed on the Williamson County Bonfire/Euna Portal or the Williamson County Purchasing website. The method of payment will be by check or electronic funds transfer. The successful respondent may be required to post a performance bond up to the full amount of the contract.
• The contract price exceeds $100,000, and a bid bond may be required.
• The contract price exceeds $50,000, and a performance bond may be required.
• The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response or reject any and/or all responses.
• Respondents shall submit pricing as specified in the solicitation documents.
• Payment will be made by the respondent's preferred method, provided it is acceptable to Williamson County.
