Description
The City of Conway, SC is seeking a full‑service web‑development firm to redesign and rebuild its municipal website. The RFQ calls for a robust, accessible CMS with integrated event calendars, interactive maps, AI‑driven search, and optional mobile/app functionality, as well as hosting, maintenance, security, and training. Vendors must demonstrate extensive municipal experience, provide detailed technical solutions, and submit a cost proposal. Evaluation will be weighted heavily toward experience (30 pts), technical approach (25 pts), staffing (20 pts), references (10 pts), and cost (15 pts).
• Provide a modern, WCAG 2.1 AA‑compliant CMS with extensive features (alerts, multilingual support, AI search, etc.).
• Deliver integrated calendar/event/holiday management, interactive maps, and optional mobile/app solutions for public engagement.
• Offer full hosting, ongoing maintenance, security, and training with a service‑level agreement.
• Submit three municipal references and demonstrate proven web‑development processes.
