Strategic Temperature Monitoring System (STMS)

The Office of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Center for the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Paragon Robotics, LLC for the Strategic Temperature Monitoring System (STMS). The purpose of this acquisition is to provide uninterrupted technical support services for the STMS, including Wi-Fi connectivity support, 24/7 Help Desk customer support, and maintenance support and monitoring of deployed systems. The contractor must continue to provide these services without interruption, as any break in continuity would result in operational degradation and potential public health risks. • The contract is for a bridge period while the competitive follow-on contract is being re-competed. • The services must be provided without causing unacceptable delays or duplication of cost. • The agency's operational infrastructure relies on proprietary systems and software developed and maintained by Paragon Robotics. • Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement must submit their information in writing, including their name, address, telephone number, email, UEI/CAGE code, business size, and a statement of capability.
