Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking bids for the interior refurbishment of the CJT Schwendeman building. The project includes demolition of existing carpet, wallpaper, and ceramic tile flooring, as well as new work such as concrete floor leveling, painting, and installation of wall protection, carpet tile, and LVP. The project is approximately 134,181 SF and will be completed in multiple phases. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. Key features of the project include:
