Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is soliciting a firm-fixed price quote for Area Wide Market Analysis services for the Illinois Field Office. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The contractor will be required to provide an initial fiscal year and subsequent annual recertifications or amendments. The contract will have a base year and four one-year option periods, with a total duration not exceeding five years.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all line items, including the base year and option years.
• The contractor must submit a technical narrative describing their experience and plans for executing the work, including resources and personnel available to complete the requirement.
• The contractor must provide past performance references from similar scoped projects.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
